Robin spent his childhood growing up in Alexandria in Egypt, where as a child with red hair, he was mainly sunburnt. He gained a Masters in Stand up Comedy from the University of Kent, and so has a certificate to prove he is funny, alongside his enormous debt.
Since then, Robin has been performing comedy for 5 years with his slapstick comedy group the Three Half Pints. Before they stopped performing together, Robin performed in, co-wrote and co-directed 3 national tours, performing in all corners of the country at theatres and arts centres. He has also performed at the Edinburgh Festival on 3 occasions, receiving 5* reviews for his work. Alongside his live work, he has written and starred in series for both CBeebies and CBBC.
Robin is a huge fan of slapstick comedy and leads workshops in stage combat, clowning and buffoonery. He also writes theatre shows for children and is producing a touring puppetry show, ‘A Heart at Sea’.
